At this point, I have no idea what to do other than to assume that something is blocking communication between the update servers and my network. I reset my router to factory settings and still nothing. I tried restarting my router because I think it is a network problem but that did nothing. I’m pretty sure this is a network issue because I can download and update on other networks with the same computer but it refuses to update on this one network and it happens with multiple computers only on this network I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Battle net, and that did not fix the problem. Once it know there is an update it refuses to download anything saying either “waiting” or “waiting on another installation to finish.”

If you take the data from another Battle net install and copy it over with a known update, that is the only way it can tell there is an update but that is it. The problem is that my Battle net refuses to detect or download an update. I’ve had this problem for a week now and I can’t figure out what is causing it for whatever reason.
